Our Welcoming Environment
At Nura Noor Learning Center, we believe every family should feel seen, heard, and valued from the moment they walk through our doors. Our environment is thoughtfully designed to create a space where children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families feel safe, supported, and empowered. We value and respect the cultural and religious needs of our families. From offering translation services to honouring dietary requirements and traditions, our approach is rooted in respect, inclusion, and understanding.
At Nura Noor Learning Center, our goal is simple: to create an environment where every child feels confident, valued, and capable of achieving their full potential. You are welcome here – always.
Our Exceptional Team
At Nura Noor Learning Center, our team is the heart of everything we do. We are a dedicated group of SEND professionals, educators, and support staff who share one common goal – to empower children and families to thrive. We are Compassionate & Understanding, Child-Centred and Culturally Inclusive. We embrace and celebrate diversity, ensuring our approach reflects and respects the cultural backgrounds of the families we serve. We work closely with parents, schools, local authorities, and other professionals to create the best outcomes and we never give up on finding solutions, even in challenging situations. We stand up for children’s rights, ensuring their voices are heard and needs are met.
Our team brings experience from teaching, special educational needs coordination, occupational therapy, speech and language support, and behavioural intervention. Many of our team members are parents or carers of children with SEND, giving us unique insight and understanding. We have strong partnerships with local councils, community organisations, and advocacy networks to bridge gaps in education and care, and we are committed to learning, staying up-to-date with legislation, best practices, and new approaches in SEND education.
